下面是我找到的一篇关于如何面对VISASPACE REQUEST的文章，大家可以作为参考~~ 以下是原文(转载) 今天正好收到了使馆寄来的护照和签证，来写一下如何对付visaspace request的问题。虽然不知道现在能不能用这种办法解决问题，但我希望能帮助到有需要的人。 在美国大使馆网站上找了一下visa status review的介绍： A visa status review is a preliminary screening of your application at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai by an officer before determining whether or not to issue you a visa. The purpose of this screening process， which may take up to two weeks after submitting your application for a nonimmigrant visa (NIV)， including all required forms and documents， is to determine if additional processing time beyond that originally indicated on our visa issuance schedule is needed for a particular case. If more information is needed from you because it could affect approval of your NIV， we will contact you directly via email. We also use these reviews to identify common issues and to improve our processes accordingly. It does not mean that there are problems with your application. Therefore please disregard emails or phone calls purportedly about a "status review" or other similar requests for further information from the Visa Office. This type of communication is fraudulent and should be ignored immediately. You do not need to provide any additional documentation unless specifically instructed to do so by the Embassy. Do not respond to such requests or send money to anyone requesting payment over the Internet，by telephone，or in response to a mail，fax，email，text message，or social media inquiry， as this is a scam being perpetrated through various means.
根据上面的解释来看，visaspace request应该是一个初步筛选的过程，即使馆先进行一个筛选程序来决定是不是需要给你发签证。这个筛选过程可能长达两周时间，并且是不通知申请者的直接审理过程。所以如果使馆认为你的材料还需要进一步审核，就会给你发个邮件让你补充材料。请注意这不是说你被怀疑有什么问题了，只是使馆需要更多的资料而已。而且使馆也不会主动打电话、发短信等给申请者，所有非官方的通知一律都是诈骗短信，所以请一定不要理会他们。
最后提醒大家千万不要相信任何声称可以帮你搞定
